WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT.
Customers MUST notify Sm LUXE Fashion via email within 7 DAYS of the delivered date for returns for store credit. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees and all items must be returned unused, in their original condition. If an item is defective, it is eligible for exchange within the 5 day period, so please inspect your items immediately.
Sale/Clearance or Promotion will NOT be accepted for exchange or store credit for they are considered FINAL SALE.
Bodysuits, Bikinis, White Clothing (due to hygiene purpose) and Accessories are considered FINAL SALE.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have space inserted properly.

We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If a package is returned back due to insufficient address, Sm LUXE Fashion is NOT responsible for any shipping fees. Customers must pay re-shipment fee or can be Issued store credit. NO REFUNDS.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must take this up with the United States Postal Service.
Sm LUXE Fashion does not hold responsibility for package that state delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.
